WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
All returns and fixes are dealt with on a case by case basis, and all customized items are non-returnable.
HOW DO I ORDER CUSTOM APPAREL?
As of right now, all custom orders can be made to PlainAndSimplePets@gmail.com or by direct message on the Plain & Simple instagram account. A form is currently being worked on that will be linked directly from the site.
WHAT IS YOUR PROCESSING TIME?
Depending on what you order, it can take anywhere from 2-14 business days to fulfill the order. All blank apparel is ordered in from across Canada and can take an indeterminate amount of time to arrive. Once here, a custom order can take anywhere from hours to days to create.
